FREE adult ADHD screening survey

Categories: All, Neurodiversity

Good news! Acknowledging that adult ADHD often goes unnoticed, leaving individuals without the support they need, the World Health Organisation and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD have created a screening survey.

This survey is meant to be completed independently and serves as a helpful first step in understanding if ADHD might be a factor, with the possibility of further evaluation by a clinician.

While it’s important to remember that only a qualified professional can provide a definitive diagnosis of ADHD, your own discovery is valid, demonstrated by the fact that applying for support funding through the government’s Access to Work scheme requires no official diagnosis of neurodivergence.

Back to the survey…scoring 4 or higher on this screening tool can indicate that seeking a clinical assessment may be beneficial.

If you or someone you care about shows signs of ADHD, it might be helpful to take this survey as a positive step toward accessing the support and guidance you deserve, leading to a clearer understanding of your situation.

Also, if you just know or feel you’re ADHD and that’s enough for you, a massive high five to you too.
