Debra Presley is interviewed on Neuro Boost to explain how to do sensory-underloaded design

Categories: All, Neurodiversity

With increasing numbers of people being diagnosed or discovered as neurodivergent, it is more important than ever to create psychologically and scientifically designed sensory-underloaded spaces, that help create mental peace, cosy relaxation, and comfort.

I was asked by Neuro Boost for an interview to explain what sensory-underloaded means, and how anyone can create that environment at home or in the office.

I am always happy to share my expert knowledge in neuroinclusive design, so attached is that short interview to give you some handy tips on how to create your own fabulously sensory-underloaded havens.
