Pukka Pad, A4 Metallic Jotta Book 3 Pack, Green

One of the kindest thing a neurodivergent person can do for themself is to get what’s in their head onto paper to relieve cognitive load.

Us neurodivergent people have to work so hard to process our environment and find it so easy to get distracted and to suffer memory problems, that writing stuff down is really the way to go.

I find that these Pukka pads are fantastic. They stay together very well (no sheets dropping out unexpectedly and getting lost), flexible design, the paper is smooth to the touch so unlikely to cause any anxiety, it’s great quality paper so not going to smudge everywhere and annoy anyone that needs things to be super neat.

Plus the pads are not heavy so you can easily pop one in your work/school bag but there’s plenty of pages so you can capture everything in one place that you need.

I love these pads, they’re so durable and friendly to use, highly recommended 🫶🏽
